$1.00 Surcharge to receive a bill by mail in October

On the October 2023 water bill, customers that do NOT enroll in paperless E-Billing will receive a $1.00 surcharge on their account. Enrolling in paperless E-Billing is free and at a customer's request we will provide customer and technical support to enroll. Customers that do not have access to the internet can call our office at 870-492-4211 to enroll in paperless billing or for their bill amount to avoid the surcharge.

New plumbing of any kind requires a plumbing permit, (purchased at our office), and must be inspected before any covering after installation. This also applies to homeowners doing their own work. This is NOT required for repairs on plumbing.
